I added 18 more ads today, from December, 1972 and January, 1973 plus five more Random Pages gallery additions from Peach Sections of The Blade, the first four by Norman Dresser. There's a Thursday, 12/14/72 item about Dave Diles leaving Detroit's channel 7, a Friday, 12/15/72 story, "McLoughlin Appointed To Ch. 30 Post," and three Thursday, 1/4/73 stories, "3 New Local Shows on Ch.30," "MervGriffin Joins Ch. 13 Roster" and "Lima Radio Stations Shift to New Studios." The three new shows on channel 30 were Roundtable, Under the Dome and Potpourri. There's also a Saturday, 1/6/73 item, "Talk Show to Make Premiere on Ch. 11," about Hotline, hosted by Joe Inzitari. There's also an ad for the premiere, below. The last one is a Monday, 1/15/73 story, "Classical Music To Be Featured On WMHE-FM." I'll post some WMHE ads for those Concert Hall shows on Friday. There are nine ads in the Channel 11 gallery, most for mid-season scheule changes. There's a 12/16/72 ad for Saturday night show, Hee Haw (syndicated) and CBS prime-time shows, All in the Family "Archie and the Bowling Team," Bridget Loves Bernie "'Tis the Season," Mary Tyler Moore "Rhoda Morgenstern: Minneapolis to New York," The Bob Newhart Show "I Owe It All to You...But Not That Much" and The Carol Burnett Show. Next is a Wednesday, 12/20/72 ad for The Parent Game (syndicated) and CBS prime-time shows, The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour, Medical Center "A Game For One Player," and Cannon "Nobody Beats the House." Next is a Friday 12/22/72 ad for the special, A Christmas Offering and CBS prime-time shows, Mission: Impossible "The Puppet" (Peter Graves) and "Goodbye, Mr. Chips" on The CBS Friday Night Movies. There's also a 12/23/72 ad, another one for Saturday night shows including a rerun of All in the Family, "Edith's Accident," Bridget Loves Bernie "Belated Honeymoon," Mary Tyler Moore "The Courtship of Mary's Father's Daughter," The Bob Newhart Show "His Busiest Season" and The Carol Burnett Show. There's also a 12/27/72 ad, another one with a picture of Sonny & Cher, for Wednesday night shows. All of the CBS shows that night were reruns. There's also a Wednesday, 1/10/73 ad for the premiere of Police Surgeon (Sam Groom), a Thursday, 1/11/73 ad for The Parent Game, a Friday, 1/12/73 ad for You Asked For It and a Monday, 1/15/73 ad for a GE sponsored syndicated special, Bighorn! with John Denver. There's one more in the Channel 11 News gallery, a Saturday, 1/6/73 ad for the premiere of Hotline (Joe Inzitari). There are two ads in the Channel 13 gallery, a Monday, 12/18/72 ad for the special, UT100 and a Tuesday, 1/2/73 ad for the channel 13 premiere of the new, syndicated Merv Griffin Show. They previously carried his show for years before he moved to CBS late night. This new version replaced Hogan's Heroes and Perry Mason. There's one in the Channel 24 gallery, a Wednesday, 12/13/72 ad for The Toledo Jatcee TV Auction and there's one channel 30 ad in the PBS gallery, a Monday, 12/25/73 ad for The Special of the Week, "The Sleeping Beauty" (Rudolf Nureyev). There's one in the Buckeye CableVision gallery, a Thursday, 12/28/72 ad for Christmas Tourney basketball, and there's one in the Channel 5 gallery, a Tuesday, 12/26/72 ad for their 10:00 am movie, "The Pawnbreaker" (Rod Steiger). There's one in the Radio Station Ads gallery, a Tuesday, 12/26/72 ad for Don Edwards News on WSPD-AM 1370.
