September 17, 2009: Bogart X7

I added 21 more today, all from the March 2-8, 1968 issue of TV Guide. There are two additions to the Sci-Fi & Horror Movies page for "The Gorgon" and "The Horror Chamber of Dr. Faustus" which had their first runs on channel 2. There are four more on the channel 2 page for The Mike Douglas Show (with Allen Ludden co-hosting), the Thursday night line-up and for the movies, "White Witch Doctor" and "The Jackals." The channel 4 page has one for The Woody Woodbury Show and there are four on the channel 7 page for the movies, "Lust for Life" (2 ads), "Son of Paleface" and for the Humphrey Bogart film "We're No Angels." Bogie is also in all six additions to the channel 50 movie page. There are ads for "High Sierra," "Conflict," "Treasure of the Sierra Madre," "The Petrified Forest," "Casablanca" and "Passage to Marseille." They all aired at either 12 noon or 11PM. The channel 9 page has one for The Robin Seymour Show and one for the movie, "Mutiny on the Bounty" and on the Other Vintage ads page is one for a W.C. Fields mail-order LP. Up next: Divorce Court, Elias Brothers sponsoring TV2 Weather, Bill Kennedy Showtime on channel 9, daytime talkers and more from 1968...
