Sunday, 10/31/54 ad, for a Detoit Lions vs. Los Angeles Rams football game, sponsored by Goebel, "Toledo's No. 1 Beer."

Saturday, 10/29/54 ad, for Toledo's newest radio station, WOHO-AM 1470...salutes Toledo's New Airport...Some of the shows at that time were Hi Ho with Don Evans, East Toledo Hour with George Mishler, Melody Matinee with Fred Mitchell, The Betty Grable-Harry James Show, Bumper to Bumper with George Mishler, Tops Tonight with Jack Gibson, Western Jamboree with "Pop" Jenkins, and Record Rack with Jack Gibson. They also had News, 18 times a day, Michigan State Football, High School Football, and Toledo University Basketball, plus November 2 election returns.
