There's one addition to the Buckeye CableSystem gallery, a Friday, 6/12/98 half-page ad on The Blade's Weather Page (It's an all-day Movie Ticket Summer!...only on Impulse), which included the movies, "Flubber," "The Jackal" and "Kiss the Girls." There's also one addition to the ToledoVision 5 gallery, a Saturday, 6/6/98 Blade Peach Section ad for the premiere of the new WB animated series, Invasion America. There are seven additions, all from TV Guide, to the Vintage Cable Ads gallery starting with four full-page color ads from TV Guide's special section for "Kids and Family II" programming, the first ad for Discovery Kids, the second ad for HBO Family, the third ad for AMC Family Classics hosted by Shirley Jones (Raise your kids on the classics...Marilyn Monroe in "Monkey Business"), and the fourth ad for Showtime Original Pictures for all ages, including "Salt Water Moose," "The Legend of Gator Face," "In His Father's Shoes," and "Heck's Way Home." Next is a Saturday, 6/6/98 ad for "Apocalypse Now" on AMC, followed by two Sunday, 6/7/98 full-page ads for shows on HBO, the first ad for the premiere of Sex and the City (Sarah Jessica Parker), the second ad for the third season premiere of Arli$$, "The Family Trust" (Robert Wuhl).
