Also included are two other items, about Wendy Sheridan and the sale of WCWA-AM and WIOT-FM to Jacor. There's one addition to the Channel 24 gallery, a Tuesday, 5/6/97 Peach Section ad for Today (Katie Couric, Matt Lauer). There's also one addition to the Channel 36 gallery, a Sunday, 5/4/97 Blade Sports Section ad for The Stanley Cup Playoffs on Fox (Red Wings vs Ducks) sponsored by TAS Electronics, John Deere and BUZZ 106.5 (Win a Lawn Zamboni from Fox 36!). There's one addition to the the ABC gallery, a Sunday, 5/4/97 full-page TV Guide ad for the network television premiere of "Forrest Gump" (Tom Hanks). There's also one addition to the FOX gallery, a Monday, 5/5/97 full-page TV Guide ad for Married...With Children, "The Desperate Half-Hour" & "How to Marry a Moron" (The Bundys say goodbye FOREVER!). Although billed as the one-hour series finale, one more first-run episode, "Chicago Shoe Exchange," would air on 6/9/97. There's one addition to the Buckeye CableSystem gallery, a Saturday, 5/3/97 Peach Section ad for "Mission: Impossible" on HBO (Tom Cruise). And there are three additions to the Vintage Cable Ads gallery, a Saturday, 5/3/97 TV Guide Magazine announcement that listings the following week would include Sci-Fi Channel. Next is a Saturday, 5/3/97 two-page TV Guide ad for "Mission: Impossible" on HBO, part of their "Billion Dollar Season" which also included "Twister," "Eraser" and "Independence Day." Today's last ad is a Sunday, 5/4/97 ad for HBO's Happily Ever After, "The Pied Piper" which starred the voices of Samuel L. Jackson, Richard Moll, Grant Shaud, and Wesley Snipes.
