There are twelve more ads today, from the April 5-11, 1997 issue of TV Guide Magazine and from the April 4, 7 and 9, 1997 issues of The Blade. There's also one Random Pages gallery addition, a Monday, 4/7/97 Blade Peach Section item by Chris Borrelli about Ann Arbor's public radio station. There's one addition to the Channel 7 gallery, a Saturday, 4/5/97 ad for a syndicated special, The Power of a Promise Kept. There's also one addition to the NBC gallery, another 4/5/97 ad, for National Geographic, "Tigers of the Snow," followed by a PBS gallery addition, a Wednesday, 4/9/97 ad for Scientific American Frontiers, "Robots Alive!" There are three additions to the Buckeye CableSystem gallery starting with a Saturday, 4/5/97 full-page ad for $2.95 movies on Impulse Entertainment including "Courage Under Fire," "That Thing You Do," "Bulletproof", "ID4" and "The Glimmer Man" (Check It Out!). Next is a Monday, 4/7/97 ad for a Buckeye CableSystem offer which included passes to "Family Fun Night" at COSI. There's also a Wednesday, 4/9/97 ad for A&E's Biography of Muhammed Ali. And there are six additions to the Vintage Cable Ads gallery starting with a Saturday, 4/5/97 ad for "The Seven Year Itch" on AMC (Mariyln Monroe, Tom Ewell), Next are four ads for movies on the Disney Channel, another 4/5/97 ad (and close-up description), for "Pocahontas," followed by a Monday, 4/7/97 ad for "Cinderella," a Tuesday, 4/8/97 ad for "A Goofy Movie" and a Thursday, 4/9/97 ad for "Man of the House" (Chevy Chase, Jonathan Taylor Thomas). I'll be adding more similar ads on Sunday. Today's last ad is a Monday, 4/7/97 two-part ad for A&E's Biography (10 Years). This was a TV Guide ad on two adjacent pages with listings in between. Those listings included some 6:30-7:30 PM shows. The shows included biographies of Jackie Onassis and Muhammed Ali (pictured) as well as Marilyn Monroe, Ronald Reagan, George Patton, Shirley Temple, and others.
