I added twelve more ads today, all from September 1982, plus four more Random Pages gallery additions from Peach Sections of The Blade. The first one is a Wednesday, 9/8/82 story by Tom Gearhart, “'PM Magazine' To Get New Co-Host, Weekly Feature” and also includes other items about WTOL-TV, WSPD-AM, and Scott High School's WAMP-FM. Next is a Saturday, 9/11/82 story by John Gugger, “Tiny WTOD Does Fine Job Handling Michigan Football.” There's also a Tuesday, 9/14/82 item, “'Texas” Is Canceled,” and a Wednesday, 9/15/82 AP story, “CBS Cable Sets End To Operations.” There are four additions to the Channel 11 gallery, including two Monday, 9/6/82 ads, the first one for PM Magazine and the second one for In Good Health, “Prenatal Care,” hosted by Dan Cummins. Next is a Monday, 9/27/82 ad for PM Magazine, CBS prime-time shows, Square Pegs, “Pilot,” Private Benjamin, “Astro Chimp,” and the movie, “Drop-Out Father” (Dick Van Dyke, Mariette Hartley) and Toledo Eleven News at 11:00. There's also a Thursday, 9/30/82 ad for PM Magazine, CBS prime-time shows Magnum, P.I. “Did You See the Sunrise?,” Knots Landing, “A Brand New Day,” and Toledo Eleven News at 11:00. There's one addition to the Jerry Lewis Telethon gallery, another one for the “Extra Special Special” on WTVG, a Sunday, 9/5/82 ad. There are two additions to the Channel 13 gallery, both for NBC prime-time shows. The first one is a Saturday, 9/25/82 ad for Diff'rent Strokes, Silver Spoons, “Pilot,” the movie, “The Facts Of Life Goes to Paris” and 13 Strong News. The other one is a Thursday, 9/30/82 ad for Fame, “And the Winner Is..,” the series premiere of Cheers, “Give Me a Ring Sometime,” the NBC premiere of Taxi, “The Shloogel Show,” Hill Street Blues, “Trial By Fury,” and 13 Strong News. There are two additions to the Buckeye CableSystem gallery, a Friday, 9/10/82 ad for UTen, and a Friday, 9/17/82 ad for NCAA Football on SuperStation WTBS. There are also three additions to the Other Vintage ads gallery, a Monday, 9/6/82 ad for Computer Age, a Wednesday, 9/15/82 ad for personal appearances by the costumed characters, Geoffrey, Gigi, Baby Gee and Junior (giraffes), Donkey Kong, and Strawberry Shortcake, at Toys R Us, and a Thursday, 9/23/82 ad for the grand opening of McDonald's Playland in Maumee, Swanton and Lambertville.
