I added nine more ads today from July and August 1989 plus five more Random Pages gallery additions from the pages of the Blade. There's a Saturday, 7/1/89 Peach Section story by Seymour Rothman, “WTVG Plans to Give It's All in Covering the Farr Classic.” Next is a Sunday 7/2/89 TV Tab promotional photo of Jerry Seinfeld, for the pilot episode of The Seinfeld Chronicles, which would later become justSeinfeld. The rest are all Peach Section stories, including a Saturday, 4/8/89 story by Tom Ensign, in the Peach Section, “WFOB-AM Transmitting Ch. 11 Evening Newscast” and also includes several other TV and radio items. There's also a Friday, 7/13/89 story, “WRED-FM Shifts to Oldies Format,” followed by several Friday, 8/11/89 items by Tom Ensign. There's one addition to the PBS gallery, a Saturday, 8/5/89 ad for The Golden Years?, on Channel 30. There's one addition to the Buckeye CableSystem gallery, a Saturday, 7/15/89 ad for a free look at The Movie Channel, featuring the movies, “Willow,” “The Great Outdoors,” “Bull Durham” and “Three Men and a Baby.” There are two additions to the ToledoVision 5 gallery, a Friday, 7/28/89 ad for Buckeye Baseball, featuring the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds, and a Monday, 8/7/89 ad. It was for The Bugs Bunny - Roadrunner Show, The Andy Griffith Show, The Beverly Hillbillies, The Dick Van Dyke Show, I Love Lucy, a Cleveland Indians vs New York Yankees game, USA Tonight / INN News and Perry Mason. There are two additions to the Radio Station Ads gallery, a Saturday, 7/1/89 ad for a Detroit Tigers vs Baltimore Orioles game on WSPD-AM, and a Sunday, 8/6/89 ad for Becky Shock on WIOT-FM 104.7 (...the Navy Joins Becky). There are also three additions to the Other Vintage ads gallery, two for 4th of July fireworks, a Sunday, 7/2/89 full-page ad for “Toledo's Star-Spangled Celebration,” and a Monday, 7/3/89 ad for the Hills 21st Annual Fireworks Display, at the Woodville Road location. The last one is a Saturday, 7/15/89 ad for bowling at Miracle Lanes and Imperial Lanes, for only 99 cents per game. Imperial Lanes was the Toledo home for ABC's Pro Bowler's Tour every year.
