I added 24 more ads today from November and December, 1977, plus three Random Pages gallery additions, from Peach Sections of The Blade. From Norm Dresser, there's a Friday, 11/11/77 story, “Producer-Director Joins Ch. 30 Staff,” about Don Williams, and three Tuesday, 11/29/77 stories, “Retirement of Eric Sevareid Marks End Of Television Era” and two others, about an NBC Doonesbury Special and Ed Asner's appearance at an Easter Seal benefit in Detroit. There's also a Tuesday, 12/13/77 AP story by Jerry Baulch, “Detroit, Washingtom Newspapers To Exchange Television Stations.” There are three additions to the Channel 11 gallery, including a Wednesday, 11/9/77 ad for Liar's Club (Dody Goodman) and $100,000 Name That Tune (Tom Kennedy). Next is a Monday, 11/14/77 ad for “Gidget Grows Up” (Karen Valentine), “The Sons of Katie Elder” (John Wayne), “The Happy Ending” (Debbie Reynolds) and “Escape From the Planet of the Apes” (Roddy McDowall), on The Big Show, followed by My Three Sons. There's also a Saturday, 12/10/77 ad for a Toledo Goaldiggers vs. Fort Wayne Komets hockey game, with Orris Tabner, John Pawlak and Keith Sprunk. There are two more in the Channel 11 News gallery, a Monday, 11/21/77 ad for Orris Tabner, “Your First Choice for Sports!” and a Tuesday, 11/29/77 ad (Once again, we've changed the face of news in Toledo!).
