There are 19 more ads today from June and July 1988 plus an addition to the Random Pages gallery, a TV Guide page from Tuesday 7/12/88 with a 'close-up' description of the 59th Major League All-Star Game from Cincinnati. There are seven ads in the Channel 36 gallery, one for the syndicated Emmy Awards for Sports telecast (Alan Thicke, Joan Van Ark) and six more movie ads for "Stephen King's Cat's Eye" (Drew Barrymore), "History of the World, Part I" (Mel Brooks), "Top Secret!," "Stick" (Burt Reynolds), "Unfaithfully Yours" (Dudley Moore, Nastassia Kinski) and "Band of the Hand" (Stephen Lang). There's a full-page ad in the CBS gallery for The 15th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards (Phil Donahue) and one for Family Feud (new host Ray Combs) and there are three ads in the NBC gallery, one for Sale of the Century (Summer Bartholomew), one for Classic Concentration (Alex Trebek) and a full-page MTM ad for the Home Free pilot episode (Michael Warren). By the way, they must not have gotten enough viewers because the show was not picked up by NBC. There are six ads in the TBS gallery, one for weekday shows Leave it to Beaver (Jerry Mathers) and Father Knows Best (Robert Young), and five more movie ads for "Bullitt" (Steve McQueen), "Making the Grade" (Judd Nelson), "Planet of the Apes" (Roddy McDowall, Charlton Heston), "They Died With Thier Boots On" (colorized version) and one for two Wednesday night movies, "Blue Water, White Death" and "Shark." There's also one WKEF-TV22 ad in the Ohio & W. Pennsylvania gallery for Jeopardy! (Alex Trebek). More from July and August 1988 are on the way...
