May 23, 2010: Send in the Clowns

There are 20 new ads today from April and May 1987. The Channel 36 gallery has one for the movie "Miracle of the Heart: A Boys Town Story" (Art Carney) and the ABC gallery has one for Sledge Hammer! season finale "The Spa Who Loved Me" (David Rasche). The FOX  gallery has one for the premiere of Down and Out in Beverly Hills and the NBC gallery has four ads, one for Easter in Rome with Andy Williams & the NBC Kids (Danny Ponce, Kim Fields, Tina Yothers, Joey and Matthew Lawrence), one for Bob Hope with his Beautiful Easter Bunnies & Other Friends (Gloria Loring, Lynda Carter, Vanna White, Stepfanie Kramer), one for This is Your Life (Ralph Edwards) and one for the return of Classic Concentration to NBC's daytime schedule. The Vintage Cable Ads gallery has two more CNN ads, one for Sunday morning shows Your Money, Newsmaker Sunday and CNN Sportsweek and one for Saturday morning shows Moneyweek, Style with Elsa Klensch and Baseball '87 and the CBN gallery has a full-page ad for the 12-hour mini-series A.D. (John Houseman, Ava Gardner, James Mason, Jack Warden, Amanda Pays, Richard Kiley). The Wikipedia page for A.D. is here.
